What we collect
- Newsletter signups: your email address, an optional first name, your consent, and the page and language you signed up from.
- Trade enquiries: the details you enter in the form, including name, company, contact details, country and city, business type, formats, quantities and your message, together with your consent.
- Basic technical information such as the referring page and campaign parameters, used to understand which content leads to enquiries.
Why we hold it
Newsletter details are used to send the recipes, serving notes and release news you asked for. Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and to continue that commercial conversation. We do not sell your data.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored privately and are readable only by the people at Bottarga Turkey and Casa Bottarga who handle editorial and commercial enquiries, plus the service providers who host this site and its database on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship or its follow-up requires.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can ask us to correct or delete what we hold. Write to hello@bottargaturkey.com, or send the request through the contact form, and we will act on it.
